Do we charge for estimates?

Estimates are free, provided there is no work and/or troubleshooting performed to make the estimate.

Do we charge for diagnosis?

Yes. Due to the new car technology, equipment, and training necessary to solve your car problems, we must charge for diagnosis time. When paying for diagnostic charges, you are paying for an experienced technician's time, knowledge, and the shop's technology to identify the problem with your vehicle.  In most cases, problems with your vehicle can not be found without appropriate diagnostics.

Is our work guaranteed?

Yes. Most repairs and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles. On certain repairs, the guarantee may be longer. Please see a technician for details.

Can customers bring their own parts?

In order for us to guarantee our work, we must supply the parts.
